I. NESTO Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. Damage due to materials or technical issues that are the manufacturer’s fault (most of them are usually detected when testing the vehicle or riding the first 10 km).
  2. Damage due to wear and tear over time. Parts that wear out naturally will not be covered by the warranty.
  3. Damage is not caused by normal use and may harm your life, property, or others.
  4. The bicycles are designed for daily riding and personal entertainment (depending on the technical specifications of each model). You must follow the instructions in the manual.
  5. If you have questions about the NESTO bicycle warranty, please send a message (including the purchase bill or warranty card) directly to us to verify the product’s origin. The warranty card must still be valid.

II. NESTO BICYCLE WARRANTY POLICY

  1. Frame: 65-month warranty from the first purchase, excluding rear derailleur hangers (i) and painted parts or cosmetic designs (ii) on any bicycle.

(i) Derailleur hangers are not covered because the rear derailleur hangers can bend.

(ii) Paint and decals have a warranty for one year in case of damage resulting from materials or technical errors, according to the policies. 

  1. Gear shifter: 12-month warranty.
  2. Hub: 6-month warranty.
  3. Fork/shock absorber: 6-month warranty.
  4. Seatpost: 6-month warranty.
  5. Handlebar/Stem: 12-month warranty.
  6. Wheels: 12-month warranty.

III. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

  1. Improper assembly, use, or operation of the vehicle, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, fires, etc.
  2. Improper maintenance, repair, or modifications contrary to the provided user manual, such as arbitrarily installing an engine or changing parts of the vehicle using non-genuine components, accessories, or additional details,.
  3. Damage directly or indirectly resulting from accidents or external forces.
  4. Improper use for acrobatic performances, competitions, or commercial activities (such as car rental, shipping, etc.).
  5. Corrosion or damage to surfaces such as paint, decals, tires, inner tubes, brake calipers, brake pads, cables, grips, saddles, chains, spokes, kickstands, and frame cracks due to excessive weight, etc.
